24-Hour & Overnight Care
24-hour home care in Dallas–Fort Worth.
Some seniors need help around the clock: after a fall, during recovery from a hospital stay, or as dementia progresses and nights become unpredictable. 24-hour home care keeps a trained caregiver in the home so your loved one is never alone and the family can finally sleep.
Hearthwell Care is a licensed, non-medical home care agency based in Richardson (Texas HCSSA License #025195). We plan overnight and around-the-clock schedules for families across Dallas, Collin and Denton counties.
Not every family needs 24 hours on day one. Many start with overnight coverage and add daytime hours as needs change. We help you right-size the schedule so you are not paying for more than your loved one needs.

24-hour care FAQ
What is the difference between 24-hour care and live-in care?
With 24-hour shift care, caregivers rotate in scheduled shifts so someone rested is always on duty. Live-in care usually means one caregiver who stays in the home with set sleep and break times. We will help you decide which model fits your loved one's needs and your budget.
Is overnight care only for people with dementia?
No. Families use overnight care for fall risk, frequent bathroom trips, confusion at night (sundowning), recovery after a hospital stay, or simply so the family caregiver can sleep.
Is 24-hour home care medical care?
No. Hearthwell Care provides non-medical personal assistance services: help with bathing, toileting, mobility, meals, reminders and supervision. If nursing care is needed, we coordinate with the home health or hospice provider involved.
How quickly can 24-hour care start?
It depends on current caregiver availability. Call (469) 443-8916 and we will tell you honestly how soon we can staff the hours you need.
